Questions (FAQ):
Q.
Whereas:  Privacy from government spying is a chief cornerstone of our
liberties, enshrined in the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution;
and
Whereas:  The NSA is collecting BILLIONS of records on law-abiding American
citizens – including our phone records, text messages, emails, Internet
searches, Facebook posts, instant messages, and online purchases; and
Whereas:  No government in the history of mankind – not even the Communist East
German Stasi - has ever held the massive spying power our federal government
holds over law-abiding U.S. citizens today; and
Whereas:  Section 215 of the so-called "PATRIOT" Act is what statists point to
in order to justify their bulk collection of private information on American
citizens;
A.  "The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United
States Constitution is the part of the Bill
of Rights that prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and
supported by probable cause. It was adopted in
response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, a type of general
search warrant issued by the British
government and a major source of tension in pre-Revolutionary America." I personally
object to the big brother approach where an American citizen is under question
without a cause, or when the government cannot trust the American citizen to
abide by the laws of the land, the government is looking over the shoulders of
the average American citizen. When the government cannot trust its people then
the government is not trustworthy. We elect representatives to serve the people
of this nation with honor, not control the people as when a part of the British
Empire.
"The idea that a government's legitimacy and moral
right to use state power is only justified and legal when
consented to by the people or society over
which that political power is exercised."
Q. I'm looking into candidates for our next presidential election, and
I'm glad to see that you're a man who believes in our all-loving Lord our God. I
can't find a page with your views on the countless sinful killings that the
American government is carrying out through our overseas wars and prison death
sentences, and I would like to know what you would do about this as president of
our nation, following a god who specifically instructed humans not to kill our
brothers and sisters in the Ten Commandments.
A. In many a case we can pick out Scriptures that satisfy our desire which often is in disagreement to the Holy Scriptures.
Deuteronomy 19
19 And
thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for
tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
Numbers 35:30
30 Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of
witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to
die.
Numbers 35:31
31 Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which is
guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death.
Q. Welfare? Facing $1 billion deficit, (X) State sharply limits welfare
A.  How can we expect a populace to
maintain when the government cannot maintain. The spiraling cost of goods and
services make larger demands on the average citizen, so maybe it is about time
that we real in the big spenders. It practically take an income of at least
$1500 to $3000 per month to keep from relying upon some type of support in parts
of our nation, and even more in other parts of our nation, and that amount does
not include the necessary cost of medical care. We elect leaders to look out for
our welfare not criticize us. There will always be those not willing to carry
their responsibility, and certainly we intend for everyone to get involved and
we need programs that allow for the forward movement of the populace from
dependency to survival ability. As a candidate for President, I would like to
see every American citizen involved in the growth of this Nation.

Q. Now
here is another example of obscene federal overreach: The Supreme Court recently
heard the case of Marvin Horne, the owner of Raisin Valley Farms, who has been
fighting a New Deal era regulation that limits how many raisins he is allowed to
grow. Under this law federal agents can seize any excess crops and the
government can then sell them off. The farmer sees no profit from this. In fact,
in the case of Horne, he was fined $695,000 in addition to having his raisins
seized. So we now have laws that prohibit farmers from growing a lot of food
because they risk hefty fines and the loss of the products of their labor if
they do. Personally, I find this sort of action by government intolerable.
Q.
I would like to know Willie Carter's stance on immigration--
particularly whether we should make it easier or harder for immigrants to come
here.
A. Immigration should always be open and accessible to those desiring to become
a citizen of the United States of America, but our laws must be followed, and if
a law is unjust must be changed to be fair.
Q. It is time to cut back on government handouts to private organizations.
A. as President, I will do my best to insure that Taxpayer's monies are wisely
spent, and I will work to insure that monies granted to private organizations to
assist in economic growth is repaid back to the government as soon as possible.
I do believe that at certain times the governments help can be a very import
tool in preventing massive business failures when the economy is sluggish,
inspiring investment to keep the business functioning rather than a large number
of business failures with can be detrimental to our nation overall, massive
layoffs, high unemployment.
Q. I would like to know Willie Carter's stance on the federal death penalty.
A. The death penalty is necessary to deter those considering murder, especially
when it can be proven by two qualified witnesses that the murder was
premeditated, I believe that with the proof of evidence, witnessed by at least
two qualified witnesses, the person or persons found guilty should be executed,
a payment for the life or lives of those murdered by the person or persons
committing the murder.
Q. I would like to know what Willie Carter's stance would be on military action
in Iraq and Syria.
Thank you and,
God Bless America
